Over the last 19 years, I’ve become expert at delivering actionable research and insight, along with practical strategic recommendations.
I work with organisations large and small, and manage the expectations of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Working on multimarket environments for clients within the public and private sectors, (from managing projects to building insight teams), organisations look to me to effectively and efficiently commission and manage quantitative and qualitative marketing research and consumer insight projects (inc. in-house);-
everything from exploring market and consumer attitudes, behaviour change, and customer, user and service design experience trends.
I’m a self-starter, bringing intellect, leadership and inspiration, along with a confident and positive can-do attitude. My natural persuasiveness, confidence and sensitivity enable me to work with a wide range of people.
Adaptable to changing priorities, I think on my feet to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Finally, this year, to compliment my many years of practical understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviour, I’ve started MSc Psychology (part-time distance learning) to better understand the theory behind consumer behaviour.
