Over the last 20 years, I’ve become expert at delivering actionable consumer research and insight, leading to practical strategic recommendations.
Organisations look to me to effectively and efficiently commission and manage quantitative and qualitative marketing research and consumer behaviour insight projects – everything from exploring market and consumer attitudes, behaviour change, and customer, user and service design experience trends.
I’m a self-starter, bringing intellect, leadership and inspiration, along with a confident and positive can-do attitude. My natural persuasiveness, confidence and sensitivity enable me to work with a wide range of people. Adaptable to changing priorities, I think on my feet to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Along with all that, I‘m well read, with postgraduate degrees in Business and Psychology, a coaching qualification and several years of mentoring and advising business start-ups. All of which compliment my many years of practical understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviour.
